$2Moon, the token underpinning The Moon Metaverse, recently partnered with Erthpad.io - a next-gen Web3 launchpad to add further utilities to our token. Since, we have locked some of the most exciting gaming and web3 protocols for launch, including those backed by tier 1 investors such as Binance Labs.
In the next phase of our partnership we are now introducing a cyclical token burn protocol to further reduce supply and increase scarcity.
The One Billion Token Ignition Fund
To get the ball rolling, in phase 1 of this new campaign, we are burning an astronomical 1 Billion $2MOON tokens on the 29th May 2024. To put that into context, this represents 1% percent of total supply… That’s quite a few tokens there!

The more funds that are raised per projects, an equivalent amount of $2MOON tokens will also be burnt in a never ending cycle.
For instance, if an IDO raises $100k, then $100k worth of $2MOON tokens will be removed from the total supply. This approach guarantees a continuous decrease in the supply and aligns holders’ interests with the success of ventures launched through Erthapad.
